| Language
| French and Dutch are the respective official languages, however
English is spoken everywhere and is the unofficial language of the
whole island.

| The villas of St. Maarten Beach Villas may not be suitable for
very small children. Please inquire when booking.

| Dress is informal. Gentleman wear open neck shirts, jackets are
not worn.

local calls only. Credit card calls are possible.
